I was born and raised here in Southwest Florida. After earning a BS degree from Troy University in 1992 I settled in Punta Gorda and started a fishing charter operation and small farm. In 2015 I decided to take my knowledge of waterfront property and land investing into a career and became a Realtor. I have a plethora of knowledge about Southwest Florida’s rich history as well as its real estate. I stay on top of what is currently listed on the market and the pricing trends.
I’m extremely knowledgeable about waterfront and gulf access properties as well as large acreage estates and farm property. Don’t make the mistake of spending the day with a Realtor that doesn’t know our local waters if you’re looking at waterfront property. Likewise, if you’re want more rural atmosphere, equestrian or agricultural you want a realtor that knows what they are look at. Southwest Florida can be extremely dry and extremely wet. You need a realtor who knows the local flora and fauna so that you know if your property is a wetland.
